In short: stuck, found a bug, or have an idea? The quickest way is the speech bubble in the game: it tells us where you were, so you never have to describe your screen. Or write to support@legacyoftheashendragon.com.

Contact us

The game is made by eGuys (eGuys.Tech LTD, registered in England and Wales). Never send us your recovery code: nobody from eGuys will ever ask for it.

Reporting a bug

Tap the speech bubble at the end of the health bar, pick what it is about (a bug, the balance, the words, an idea, or something you loved), say what happened, and send.

The report carries where you were: your hero's place, level, health, gold and turns left, your last dozen actions, the game's version, your screen size and your browser. Unticking Attach my last few actions and errors leaves out your recent requests to the server and any errors the game hit. You get a reference such as GD-12, and Your reports, in the same sheet, shows where it stands and any reply from us.

A few tips, from the guide:

  • One problem per report. Two short reports are easier to fix than one long one.
  • Report straight away: the actions attached are the last few.
  • If a screen breaks, the game offers Reload. Your hero is safe: everything lives on the server.

Playing on another device

Your hero lives on the server, not on your phone. On the new device, open the game, press Already have a hero on another device? on the join screen, and type your recovery code. Inside the game the same option is on the Hero tab, as Use a code. If you linked a Google account, signing in with Google does the same.

Lost your recovery code?

  • The game still opens on one of your devices? The code is on the Hero tab (between seasons, at the foot of the season screen). Write it down this time.
  • You linked Google? Sign in with Google on the join screen, and your hero comes back.
  • Neither? Then we are sorry: we cannot bring the account back. It holds nothing about you (no name, no email address), so nobody, us included, can tell that it is yours. Join again as a new hero, and write the new code down.

Deleting your account

In the game: Hero tab → Settings → Delete account… at the bottom, type DELETE, and confirm. Without the game: play.legacyoftheashendragon.com/delete-account, with your recovery code. It happens at once and cannot be undone. Your data says what goes, and the few copies that take longer.

Installing the game

On an Android phone or tablet, open the game in Chrome and choose Add to Home screen (or Install app): it then opens full screen from its own icon, named Ashen Dragon. On an iPhone or iPad, in Safari, choose Share → Add to Home Screen. Apps for Android and iPhone are coming to Google Play and the App Store.

The beta

Season 0 is the game's beta, and it runs for 12 weeks from Monday 5 October 2026. Anyone with the link can play: open play.legacyoftheashendragon.com and join. It is a beta, so expect rough edges and changes as we go; your reports decide what we fix first. Want to be one of the testers we talk with? Write to us.
